Just a random building next to our dance studio "classroom"

Scopello

3

I totally went and sat on that mermaid throne. Without the phone.

4

The other two beaches we went to were normal, but Scopello was pebbles, and they'd pummel you

Right outside our building. Mariammen Kovil was the Tamil Cultural Center!

The beaches have a furnished area that typically costs money to sit in

You can see two of the South Asian clothing shops here!

Here's the "beach" downtown in Palermo. That's why you've got to go to Mondello.

Every Saturday night, our street turned into a major club scene. I don't do that in America so I definitely wasn't going to abroad, but the people-watching was fantastic. I was out on the balcony for hours and no one below looked up.

52

Love her outfit

53

This is the sound of 3AM, which is 9PM in America

54

This was also taken at 3AM. She had three guy friends with her so it was ok. We did witness a girl get her purse stolen on one of these people-watching nights though.

55

This was taken at 10PM there. Italians eat dinner late, so "night" when you maybe shouldn't be out as a female is really closer to midnight

56

View from Monreale church

59

Like, I like the aesthetic, but I also hate that they left books in the rain
